Intertrust was founded by Victor Shear, a sociologist by training, who expressed himself as a technology entrepreneur. Shear's vision for Intertrust was inspired by a keen study of how individuals or groups establish trust contextually to carry out actions between unknown actors with predictable results. His insights formed the basis of Intertrust’s vast body of inventions, technologies and products. Today, our technologies define the key elements and processes that are fundamental to establishing trust amongst the wide variety of actors using distributed computing platforms. |
