Director of product market - Personagraph


  • Lead team of segment-focused product marketers to develop and implement winning go-to-market strategies for both direct and indirect channels
  • Work with senior executives across functional areas to develop strategic plans and ensure alignment on operational tactics for each market segment
  • Drive sales enablement and lead the creation of top-quality content collateral and sales tools for each stage of buyer’s journey; become a thought-leader for Personagraph
  • Drive efforts to introduce differentiated, compelling industry-based messaging for relevant segments
  • Create marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans/strategies for new products and execute against those plans, while leading the development of messaging, collateral, website, trade events and client communications to achieve company sales goals and market share.
  • Oversee paid strategy, implementation & execution of all online marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Search, Social Marketing, email campaigns, webinars, content syndication, and Video.
  • Proactive end-to-end marketing campaign management and execution
  • Own and drive lead generation strategy for marketing programs and work closely with other teams to implement strategy.
  • Own all marketing analytics/reporting and continue to develop and drive regular reporting initiatives underway showing the effectiveness of digital marketing, social media and other marketing initiatives.


Required Skills/ Experience

  • 10+ years of product / industry marketing experience; MBA in marketing or related fields a plus
  • Experience in marketing, marketing automation, social marketing, marketing analytics or related markets and considered a big plus
  • Experience managing segmented markets with multiple product offerings
  • Proven leader and motivator who has “been there done that” in terms of building and motivating high-performance teams comprised of world-class, senior-level product marketers
  • World-class oral, written and visual communicator
  • 10+ years of product marketing and online marketing experience. MBA in marketing or related fields is a plus
  • Proficient in marketing best practices for B2B technologies.
  • Proven track record of success launching and marketing complex technical products, with a creative flair for bringing fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns 
  • Experience managing direct reports as well as cross-functional teams. Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Experience in building a world class marketing team from ground up and setting processes for the marketing team to function like a well oiled machine and show exemplary results.
  • Web-savvy with knowledge of search engines (SEO/SEM), social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+) and the overall digital marketing landscape with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven results and experience working in the mobile app analytics, engagement and/or monetization ecosystem is a huge plus.
