Director of Sales – Chicago / Midwest


This is a key role, opening the Midwest sales team for Personagraph.  We’re seeking a unique individual who can accomplish the following:

  • Open a Chicago office as an individual contributor
  • Bring to market the first broad based demographic targeted media solution for Mobile Video
  • Quickly develop a presence and brand within Chicago / Detroit markets
  • Penetrate key brands at both the agency and brand level
  • Deliver results against an aggressive growth plan
  • Build and grow a sales organization after reaching success benchmarks

Qualities of the individual:

  • 5-7 years experience selling within digital media
  • Have a mega-rolodex of media buyers, brands buyers, and across holding companies, trading desks, and stand alone agencies
  • The ability to sell both brand focused campaigns and DR performance campaigns
  • Deep understanding of modern digital media landscape for mobile and video
  • Proven ability to develop sales from $0 – $2.0 MM ++, within Midwest region over 12 month period
  • Proven ability to develop and manage regional teams
  • BA / BS College Degree
  • Experience in Start up media companies
