Director of Sales – New York


This is a key role, opening the East Coast sales team for Personagraph.  We’re seeking a unique individual who can accomplish the following:

  • Open a NYC office with team of AE & AM
  • Bring to market the first broad based demographic targeted media solution for Mobile Video
  • Quickly develop a presence and brand within NYC, Boston, and ATL
  • Penetrate key brands at both the agency and brand level
  • Deliver results against an aggressive growth plan
  • Carry a bag, and manage a sales & accounts team

Qualities of the individual:

  • 7-10 years experience selling and managing sales teams within digital media
  • Have a mega-rolodex of media buyers, brands buyers, and across holding companies, trading desks, and stand alone agencies
  • The ability to sell both brand focused campaigns and DR performance campaigns
  • Deep understanding of modern digital media landscape for mobile and video
  • Proven ability to develop sales from $0 – $2.5 MM ++, within East Coast region over 12 month period
  • Proven ability to develop and manage regional teams
  • BA / BS College Degree
  • Experience in Start up media companies
  • Track record of successes growing and managing sales team
