Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop long-term strategies and near-term tactics
- Instrumental in leading a team of sales executives and lead generation experts
- Working with top mobile gaming companies to help them understand our suite of products
- Forging relationships with large and small publishers within the Gaming Vertical
- Develop in-depth understanding of Personagraph’s product offering and have ability to articulate it
- Lead, plan, develop and execute growth plans and business strategies
- Work close with managers/sales reps to help close deals and provide development
- Consistently aim at overachieving
- 7+ years experience selling digital, ad tech and/or mobile gaming advertising solutions
- Strong knowledge of mobile gaming apps
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats when needed
- Experience hiring sales professionals
- In-depth B2B sales experience
- Building a pipeline, negotiating and closing deals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
