We hold fundamental patents on trusted computing and DRM that enable a broad base of products and services that lie at the heart of modern secure systems, electronic commerce environments, and modern service-enabled devices. Our inventions talk to the fundamentals of systems that protect and manage digital information in consumer media, healthcare, enterprise, education, and government.

Intertrust offers numerous licensing options for our patents and technologies. For the Marlin and OMA standards, we offer a patent licensing program; we also offer royalty-based licensing options for our Marlin software.

Licensing for OMA and Marlin-enabled services and devices

The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) and Marlin Developer Community (MDC) DRM standards enable the distribution of valuable media content and services to consumers. To enable the adoption of these standards, we provide licensing programs for service providers, and consumer device makers and application providers.
