Licensing for OMA and Marlin-enabled services and devices
The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) and the Marlin Developer Community (MDC) are technology standards for Digital Rights Management (DRM). These standards enable the distribution of valuable media content and services to consumers.
In order to foster the adoption of these standards, we provide licensing programs for the convenience of licensees. Service providers, consumer device makers, and application providers using Marlin or OMA DRM technologies benefit from these programs.
