enter the market, our goal is to facilitate the decision
to use open DRM standards for consumer media distribution,"

device licensing program complements our service
provider licensing program, thereby providing the
market with a convenient end-to-end licensing option
to three fundamental patent portfolios."
Intertrust has been an industry leader in promoting
open standards for DRM in the consumer space. The
company is a co-founder of Marlin DRM and an active
member of OMA. Intertrust and its partners provide
