VP/GM WORLDWIDE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSING & CORPORATE PLANNING
Michael Manente joined Intertrust in 1999, and provides technical and
business leadership for the company's Intellectual Property Portfolio
marketing and licensing activities. He also leads the company's
strategic and corporate planning functions, which include the evaluation
of strategic investments and partnerships, new ventures, and portfolio
management. Manente's past positions at Intertrust have included product
management and secure services management. He is an
accomplished researcher and engineer and is an inventor on several
Intertrust patents, most recently on the Company's Genecloud Initiative.
Prior to joining Intertrust, Manente was a Senior Program Manager and
Marketing Director at Hewlett-Packard and has served in managerial and
research positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including GE,
Boeing, and the Ford Motor Company. He holds a Masters in Management from
MIT's Sloan School of Management, a Masters in Engineering from MIT, and
a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University.
