VP Sales & Business Development – London / Europe (EMEA)


This is a key role, opening EMEA sales and business development for Personagraph.  We’re seeking a unique individual who can accomplish the following:

  • Bring to market the first broad based demographic targeted media solution for Mobile Video
  • Quickly develop a presence and brand within key EMEA markets, focusing on Western Europe
  • Develop strategic relationship with holding company agencies, media buyers and related trading desks
  • Develop strategic partnerships with top mobile publishers & telecom providers
  • Deliver revenue and inventory results against an aggressive growth plan
  • Build and grow a sales and business development organization upon reaching success benchmarks

Qualities of the individual:

  • 10+ years experience with digital media, mobile, and video solutions across media sales and business development disciplines
  • Have a mega-rolodex of media buyers, brands buyers, and across holding companies, trading desks, and stand alone agencies within EMEA markets
  • Deep understanding of modern digital media landscape for mobile and video
  • Proven ability to develop and scales media operations from $0 start through $20MM per ann run rates
  • Proven ability to develop and manage strategic sales organizations
  • BA / BS College Degree / MBA is a plus
  • Experience in Start up environment
  • Ability to kick start organization via individual contributions until key benchmarks are achieved
