Liz Kerton is a technology and telecom marketing expert with a 20-year entrepreneurial history – from retail and wholesale to online and manufacturing. Building on 15 years experience working with telecom companies, successfully marketing and launching many new services, new product lines, and even new companies, she started Telecom Council of Silicon Valley in 2001 – a community of telecom industry insiders who are focused on telecom innovation. Through 30+ meetings each year, the Telecom Council now connects 1000s of executives from 100s of companies, including 20+ global fixed and wireless telcos. 10 years later, in 2011, she spun 20+ off the Autotech Council which connects auto makers and their Tier 1 vendors with innovation and entrepreneurs. Ms. Kerton speaks English, French, Spanish and Japanese, has a MA in Diplomacy from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and was voted one of the Silicon Valley’s most influential women in 2012 by the San Jose Business Journal.
