SHI_UInt32 SHI_ActionOnTimecodeCallbackParameters::timecode

Timecode at which the application must invoke the callback.

That is, the callback must be invoked when the specified content presentation time, expressed in number of seconds since the start of the presentation, has been reached during normal real-time playback or after a seek.
